Twisted Tales: with young adult author Amy Plum

Amy Plum has taken her fascination with the dark and creepy and transformed it into a two-hour writing workshop. Take well-known tales and endow them with alternate endings, create mash-ups, force good characters to be evil and vice versa, and devise plot twists of your very own. Come supplied with fables you’ve always wanted to warp or—for those with inspiration-block—Amy will provide a choice of stories just waiting to be contorted by your creativity as well as some games to get the ink flowing. To see what we’re talking about, check out her Little-Mermaid inspired short story “Kiss the Girl". http://hanginggardenstories.tumblr.com/post/148050765083
